| 2. How much of the product should I be useing? |
| Body Grind and Espresso repair are highly concentrated products so you only need to use a very small amount. A good rule of thumb for Body Grind is to use an amount about the size of a 20 cent piece for one half of your body (ie. legs and buttocks or upper torso) Depending on how much moisture your skin requires will depend on how much Espresso Repair you may need - start off with a small amount and reaply if required. |

| 3. Is it safe to use on my children? |
| Yes, most definitely. When coffee is applied to the upper epidermal layer of the skin it does not enter the bloodstream, hence not producing any of the effects caffeine has when taken orally. We have recieved some excellent feedback from mothers who have used the products to treat their childrens' eczema and acne in teenagers. |

| 4. What is the difference between Cucina Cosmetica and other "Coffee" products in the marketplace? |
| The major difference between Cucina Cosmetica products and others in the marketplace is the fact that Cucina Cosmetica products are made from 100% REAL COFFEE. So many other products on the market are made from synthetically generated caffiene... or if they do contain real coffee, it is a very very small amount.
Cucina Cosmetica products contain no sulphates and no parabens - unlike many other "coffee based" products.
The coffee in Cucina Cosmetica is also RECYCLED. It is collected from restaurants and cafes across Australia (where all it has touched is hot water goining through the coffee machine) We take it through a specialised treatment and it is then blended with food based ingredients to create the products which so many of our customers can now not do without! |

| 5. Why are there coffee grinds in my shower after I use Body Grind? |
| As Body Grind is made from REAL COFFEE, the product is obviously not going to be completely water soluble and can therefore sometimes leave a small residue in the bath or shower - as do many other natural based products. If you are experiencing a large amount of mess from the coffee, you are more than likely using too much of the product or are not following the directions correctly. You should apply Body Grind to slightly damp skin (not completely wet) and ensure that you are not directly under the showerhead when doing so. |

| 6. Will it be effective in treating sunburn? |
| Very much so - we definitely recommend using Espresso Repair to treat sunburn. Apart from the stimulating effect coffee has on your skin cells, the other ingredients in Espresso Repair such as olive oil, sunflower oil, shea butter and jojoba oil all have nourishing and healing properties which help soothe and hydrate burning hot skin. |

 |
| 7. Can I use it if I am pregnant? |
| As mentioned previously, when used as directed, ther is no evidence to suggest that any caffeine from Cucina Cosmetica products enter the bloodstream.
However, it is generally advised to avoid the use of any product during the first trimester of pregnancy which contains certain substances. This is due to heightened sensitivity of the expectant Mother and the develpoment stage of the baby.
While we do not believe that the use of the product would cause any harm to a pregnancy, use of the products are completely up to the purchaser's discretion and Cucina Cosmetica will not be held liable for any pregnancy related issues.
If you do have concerns it is best to speak to your medical practitioner for advise as each pregnancy is an indivdual case. |

 |
| 8. How often should I be using the products? |
| It is completely up to you how often you use the products. Espresso Repair is designed for daily use (ideally morning and night) and we recommend you use Body Grind 2-3 times a week. If you have any specific areas that you would like to really target, we encourage you to use Body Grind at least every other day. |
