I’ve been applying it to my skin using a loofah in the shower it feels unbelievable. I’ve always been one to stack on heaps of moituriser after a shower but with body grind you can get away without having to moisturise if you don’t want. My body is left feeling smooth and really soft.

I also used the body grind a few hours before a spray tan. With spray tans they say that you are not to moisturise before hand but with my skin I’ve always had to apply a little bit of moisturiser otherwise the spray tan comes out a bit spotty especially on my legs where my skin tends to be drier. I exfoliated my who body using the body grind in the shower and it was the perfect preparation for the spray tan, it turned out excellent and lasted for over a week.
